Contactless delivery service:

In an effort to continue providing its services to customers during the period of lockdown in the Gulf region due to the Corona pandemic, Ounass took some steps to ensure that your packages are delivered on time, safe and sterilized, while minimizing contact with others as much as possible.

The driver leaves packages at the door and then sends a text message to customers informing them of the arrival of their order. The contactless delivery service is chosen by the customer on the packaging options page, as soon as the customer chooses this service, the request is wrapped in environmentally friendly packaging, and the customer acknowledges taking full responsibility for the parcel immediately after its delivery to his door.

All products from Ounass are available through its warehouses in Dubai. The warehouses and delivery trucks are sterilized daily as well as ensuring the safety of employees by checking their temperatures and providing them with protective gloves and medical masks.

Online shopping, Shipping and Coronavirus:

In order to resolve the controversy raised on social network websites about the transmission of the Coronavirus through packages, the World Health Organization (WHO) emphasized that it is 100% safe to receive parcels shipped to Egypt even if the origin was from China, and therefore online shopping remains safe, especially with the sterilization and cleaning procedures applied by e-commerce stores and online shopping sites.
